I took my car to the Premier Automotive Service thinking I have an issue with my transmission, expecting a huge repair bill. My car would not shift off of low gear. When I called the shop, the staff told me that if I could drop the car off in the morning, it could be looked at by the end of the day. Not only I got a call back in just a few hours but also got my car inspected and fixed. Apparently, a rodent chewed through the wiring, which was replaced and is under warranty. I am very happy for the service, reliability, honesty and overall great experience. Thank you so very much!
