What I like about Premier is they are professional and communicative. They discuss all options and make sure you understand whether service can wait, be handled less expensively or is an immediate safety issue. The chain shops just check the box and recommend everything. Highly recommend !

They never overcharge or up sell. I never have to guess if my cars are being serviced correctly or if I’m being charged appropriately. (This is really important as a woman!). ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE!
