Urbandale Auto Repair

After experiencing engine trouble on I-35 north of the Des Moines area, we found Premier Automotive online and were convinced to ask them to work on our VW Eurovan. It was towed to the Urbandale shop after talking to Tim who was very thorough and efficient in arranging for the engine work to be done. We received a reasonably-priced and timely engine repair. It is now in storage for the winter, but all seems to have worked out very well. We would recommend Premier.

My first time at Premier and I was very happy with the experience. Tim was friendly and accommodating. I needed a minor thing replaced. They went above and beyond, checking fluids, tires etc. so I’m ready for winter. Waiting area was clean and comfortable which for me is always a good thing. .

As always, a great experience with Premier. They answer when I call, they schedule appts quickly, they send a reminder of the appt, they provide candid feedback on what is happening with my vehicle and what should be done now-what should be watched for future. They provide a comprehensive report on my vehicle to my email so I can have documentation to see everything they checked, recommendations and options. When I pick up my vehicle they are available to personally answer questions and they are fairly priced for great service. Premier is like the anti-large shop, they tell you like it is and don’t try to simply upsell on services that aren’t really needed.
