Ran into some car issues during a weekend in Des Moines (control arm + axle + new tire and realignment). While it took a little time for this type of a fix, Premier Auto got the job done in the time frame they said they would (about 4 days). They took us outside and walked us through the issues before we agreed to move forward on the fixes. Probably the friendliest/most customer focused repair shop experience I've had. The prices seemed reasonable and all the new parts/work done came with a warranty. They also work with AAA if you're a member (AAA recommended my car be towed there and it got us a small labor discount). Not much, but it was something! Overall a very good experience.
