after my visit to ohhh reillly auto parts store...one star rating and pun intended...went here they quickly checked it out said it just needs additional charge. would not take any money for this. this is the shop to use in des Moines

Always receive premium care at a fair price. Advance notice from inspection, of what will require maintenance at next appointment.

Premier automotive is an excellent place for csr repair. The people are up front and honest, and they are thorough. I had trouble with a battery, was told it was the starter by one person. I called 3 mechanics and the first two were condescending and ridiculously priced. Ironically the mechanic called "honest wrench" was the worst, he told me I'd have to get analysis done first because he couldn't trust the first time. Fair enough I thought, but then he said it would be $185.... Are you kidding me?! I got a call back from premier and was told testing is $40. They replaced the battery, did another analysis /testing to see if the problem was anything else besides battery. I paid half, maybe less than half of what the other mechanics quoted me.
