I have taken my cars there for several years and the service is always great. If anything is unusual or major they communicate the issues and options to me in a way I can understand and make a better decision on my car and the dollars needed. I really appreciate that.

My review is the service is good, started working on my car on time, had the work done in the time they said it would be and checked to see there was no problems I needed to know about.

Tim and the guys here do an excellent job. They tell it to you like it is. They fix what's needed and if they see something else that looks iffy they will truly discuss with you. They never try to upsell you or sell you something that is not truly in need of repair. An honest and awesome auto body shop.

I had a vehicle emergency just before 6pm, but Premier answered the call, sent a tow truck and had my car ready by 9:30am!

They were honest and quick. They even gave me a loaner car while they handled the repairs. Chad was a big help and very courteous. I highly recommend them.

I would NOT RECOMMEND bringing your car here. Trusted them with a previous vehicle so I brought my new one back and they caused more damage then they fixed then refused to fix it. You've been forwarned.

If the damage you are referring to is in regards to your rear seat, this issue was confirmed to be caused by your malfunctioning rear seat warmer which caused damage to your seat prior to us accepting your vehicle for repair.
