Even though we weren't excited about the depth of our repair, we trusted Premier Automotive to do the job, and do it right. Communication is always good, and since this repair would take some time, we were thrilled they had a car we could use, at no cost. Since parts can be defective, and humans can error, we appreciate the status they've obtained so the warranty is GREAT.

As always everyone was polite and informative of an unsuspected issue. Tim kept me informed of what was happening offered a loaner car so I could come home and relax while the technicians took care of business. He followed up with a phone call to confirm the diagnosis. A short time later I received a call stating that my truck was ready for pick up.
