I have never written a review before for any business. My daughters live in Des Moines, we started taking their cars to Premier a little over a year ago. Our experience has been excellent. They have completed all repairs ahead of schedule and communicated with us all throughout the process. I wish they had a branch location near where I live. Their service is great!!

A thorough inspection during my regular oil change revealed a seal on my transmission-axle casing was leaking and should be replaced. I was able to schedule the repair in a timely fashion, given an estimate of the parts and labor, and was provided with a loaner to drive for the afternoon while the shop made the repair. The total cost came in under the estimate and I was very pleased with the courtesy and consideration.
