They got me in fast and done when they said. Drives like a new car

The shop manager quoted a job for me and agreed to work on my car. He then sat on it for a week before saying the shop couldn’t do it. Not only was it a waste of time but I then had to pay for an additional tow to another shop that could work on it. It was a miscommunication within the shop and the manager was apologetic but still caused me another major headache and cost me more money.

This is one exceptional business that went above and beyond to be of service to us. We are in Iowa from Missouri to take care of our mothers who are both in hospice care. Our truck’s transmission wouldn’t go into gear. After calling Premier Automotive, within an hour they came out and towed it to their shop. 4:30 the same day we were driving away with a repaired transmission. I can’t express how blessed we were to have done business with this company.
