Great service and the people are so kind and friendly. Everytime we’ve taken our vehicle it’s been a very pleasant experience. They don’t just charge all the things that they have to fix but they talk to you about it and give you an estimate. We really love taking our vehicle to Premiere.

This shop appealed to me immediately because it was about the only one that would do a free estimate. Other than a few days needed to get in, I was surprisingly very pleased with every facet of the experience. The shop can't be blamed for a wait time since so many folks know this is a great garage to patronize. Chad was all the things a customer should expect. He was courteous, welcoming, understanding, and professional. Cody, who was equally great, really made my day when he called upon completion. He advised that they used fewer parts than estimated, and saved me hundreds against the estimate I was prepared to pay. This honesty and integrity has earned them a repeat customer and I am making this my family's shop for our automotive needs. This was my first time coming to this shop, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff were professional & made the process very smooth. They answered all the questions/concerns I had along side the service I was initially there for, also being able to use a loaner vehicle was a great addition enabling me to not worry about finding someone ride to & from when the car was dropped off or picking it up.
