They quoted me $200. More than ANYONE else I called! My alternator went out & I had it towed AAA. $960. + & he emphasized I wouldn’t find a cheaper price. Also I was stranded 45 min from home w/ a 5 yr old & had gotten a hotel room that evening. When I called at 11am to see about my vehicle they said they didn’t know anythg about it. When I explained that I had filled out everything through their website he acted as if that was dumbest thing he’d heard. He threw something in about computers are down or whatever, but it was obviously more like they don’t utilize the website tools that are available to you if you visit their site. So then it cost me another another tow to a place who did it for $698.(AAA btw doesn’t tow from a closed establishment to another auto establishment after they close, so it cost me out if pocket!) *yes I blame them b/c they didn’t know my car was there b/c they use their own website for communication, & 11am when I callled it wasn’t until after 5 pm they called to quote me. So yes their 5 star record blows my mind!!!!!!!!
