Very clean business, really friendly and patient!! I hadn’t used them for repairs previously but will definitely go back for maintenance and other needs down the road

Based upon online review recommendations I took a used car to Premier for a pre-purchase inspection. Having not worked with them before I went into the appointment cold to their services and boy, the glowing reviews are spot on! Very personable staff greeted my right away (despite me being a bit late) and got me in and out in about half an hour. I had a copy of the report emailed to me right away so we could review in person before I left. It was clear, concise included great photos of the key findings both good and bad which was enormously helpful. The quick inspection at a very reasonable price was so worth it. Great service on this end I am confident it would be the same on all levels of their work. Their location off of Hickman is very easy to find and convenient. The shop is very clean with coffee, bottled water and soda while you wait.

This is my second experience with Premier. I love receiving feedback and phone calls from Premier confirming the work before moving forward to do the work. I like that Premier sends diagnostic pictures showing the problems with my vehicle. I am more impressed with Premier than my first experience. How I come to trust Premier with doing work on my car was due to the fact that my previous supervisor recommended them to me, and I have been more satisfied with Premier.
